REFA State of the Market Event
October 2024 — The Real Estate Finance Association (REFA) held its annual State of the Market panel last week at the Hartford Golf Club. Spencer Levy, a Global Client Strategist and Senior Economic Advisor at CBRE provided the headline act with a fantastic national overview. A panel made up of the moderator, Michael Ricco, Co-Head of National Production for CBRE’s Capital Markets Debt and Equity Finance, Steven Inglese, principal of the New Haven Group, Chris Arnold, Senior VP and head of Commercial real estate lending for Liberty Bank, Chris Reilly, president of Lexington Partners, Kerry Wood of New England Retail leasing and Avnor Kron, President of Jasko Development.
The panel was a lively discussion on the Connecticut and national markets and attended by approximately 120 REFA members and guest.
