Inglese Negotiates $18 Million Westport Mixed Use Building
New Haven Group’s Steven Inglese recently reported on the sale of 180 Post Road in downtown Westport, CT. The 35,000 sf mixed use building was sold for $18 million to a private investor. The property was recently gut renovated with all new building systems and a new facade. Tenants included local retailers on the first floor and professional office users on the second floor. Downtown Westport is home to many of the top names in retail and is uniquely positioned in the affluent market with on site parking and great visibility at a traffic signal on Route 1.
Inglese negotiated this off market transaction for the buyer and seller, Luzern Associates and assisted in financing the transaction through a regional lender.
