Regus Co-Working Space Opens at 175 Addison
June 2024–Steven Inglese was pleased to announce Regus opened its new 10,000 SF co-working office at 175 Addison Road, Windsor, CT. The new space offers a variety of office and work stations for individuals and companies to rent for short or long term periods. Regus renters are also able to utilize the extensive common area facilities at the HUB at 175 Addison which include a fully operational cafe with a variety of fresh hot and cold food selections made to order, a full fitness facility. The fitness facility includes locker rooms with showers and sauna facilities. There is also a 200+ person conference facility. The common areas recently underwent a significant renovation and new furniture including soft seating areas and game areas will be up and running this summer.
