The company has invested and developed a range of properties throughout New England that include community shopping centers, retail development sites, apartment / multi family, industrial and office properties. We also have acquired development sites and entitled and designed new developments that include multi family, residential condominiums and retail properties.
Tenants in our portfolio include Staples, Hannaford Brothers, Tractor Supply, Special Olympics, Verizon, Guilford Savings Bank, TJ Maxx, Middlesex Hospital and others.
