Middletown Plaza is a 150,000 s/f community shopping center located on Route 66 in Middletown, CT. The center has heavy traffic (32,000 ADT) with two signalized traffic signals to the site and has been a mainstay for this region of Connecticut. Anchored by a host of retail and service tenants, the center performs well with a mix of tenants that generates significant daily traffic due to the internet proof nature of the uses. Planet Fitness was signed to a new lease and occupied a new facility in summer of 2022.

Tenants include Big Lots, Staples, Petco, Advanced Auto, Town Fair Tire, Middlesex Hospital among other restaurants and service uses. The center also has a new pad site that can accommodate another 8,000 sf pad building with a drive through capability. The property is owned by an affiliate of NHG.
